Terms & Conditions:
Booking and Payment:

• All spa package bookings must be made in advance through our booking system.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 

• We accept payment via credit/debit card, Venmo, or cash. 

Cancellation and Refund:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.  

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will no be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows will not be refunded. 

Rescheduling:

• Requests for rescheduling appointments can be accomodated, subject to availability. 

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. 

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee.

Package Validity:

• All spa packages purchased are valid for a specified duration from the date of purchase.

• Unused sessions within the validity period will be forfeited and will not be refunded or exchanged. 

Package Inclusions:

• Each spa package includes specific treatments and services as outlined at the time of booking. 

• Any additional services requested beyond the package inclusions will be subject to extra charges. 

Health and Safety:

• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or allergies are required to inform the spa staff before undergoing any treatments. 

• Pregnant guests are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before booking spa treatments.

• The spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who, in the opinion of the staff, may be at risk due to health concerns. 

Arrival Time:

• Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 min before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for their treatment. 

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments. 

Age Requirement:

• Guests must be 18 years old to purchase and book spa packages. 

• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may be subject to additional restrictions. 

Conduct:

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards spa staff and other guests. 

• Any inappropriate behavior or harassment will result in immediate termination of services, and the guest may be asked to leave the premises. 

Feedback:

• We welcome feedback from our guests to help us improve our services. 

• Guests are encouraged to share their experiences and suggestions with our staff or through our feedback channels.

By purchasing a spa package, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
